Depending on the settings you have on your server or workstation for the Attachment Manager, executable files (like DLLs or CNK files) can become blocked. Once that's happened, it's a difficult process of going through and marking the "Unblock" button for every one of them. However, it's fairly straightforward to fix the issue using PowerShell.

  1. Open PowerShell
  2. Navigate to the folder you want to unblock (e.g. using "cd")
  3. Run: Get-ChildItem -Recurse | Unblock-File
